Abstract:

OSHA has approved the following Iowa State Standards which have been determined to be comparable to, and therefore as effective as, Federal Standards: 29 CFR 1910.1001 and 1926.58, Occupational Exposure to Asbestos, Tremolite, Anthophyllite, and Actinolite, extension of partial stay and amendment of final rule (56 FR 43700);29 CFR 1926. 1052 and 1926.1053, Safety Standards for Stairways and Ladders Used in the Construction Industry, amendment (56 FR 41794);29 CFR 1910.120, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, Final Rule, corrections (55 FR 14073). Decision is effective 3/9/92.
