Video Transcript [music intro]Hello. My name is Tony Malley, and like many of our lawyers here at Brent Coon and Associates, I have specialized representing victims of asbestos disease. We have helped many families who have been devastated by the deadly effects of asbestos poisoning. As you probably know, exposure to asbestos products can cause asbestosis, cancer of repository system including lung cancer, cancers of the digestive track including colon cancer, and also mesothelioma, a rare and fatal form of cancer of lining around the lungs, the heart, and stomach cavity. Unfortunately, that was utilized in a number of commercial products, including pipe and boiler insulation, break linings, joint compounds, sheetrock, soundproofing, protective clothing, floor and ceiling tile, and many other products that still may be in use today. While the government has continued to reduce exposure levels over last 30 years, there still isn't a known level of exposure that provides complete safety assurance. People have developed diseases like asbestosis and mesothelioma from breathing dusts of asbestos, even at seemingly low and invisible levels. We know patients who have contracted these diseases after having worked at summer job using asbestos products. Spouses and children of asbestos workers also have been known to develop the diseases. Asbestosis, the various asbestos cancers, and mesothelioma are horrible diseases that could have been prevented. The first reported cases date back to 1800s. By the 1940s, hundreds of articles had been written on asbestos exposure, but asbestos corporations covered up the deathly health hazards. We understand the precedent of asbestos cases and can recommend the best course of legal action. Contact us by clicking on the buttons below. Find a Mesothelioma Lawyer Now
